## Patch FeeSettings on a Work Item

`PATCH /v3/WorkItems/{WorkItemKey}` now accepts `FeeSettings`, so you can change how a work item is billed without a full `PUT`:

`FeeSettings` replaces the work item's fee settings as a whole, so send both properties together:

| `FeeType`          | `FeeValue`                |
| ------------------ | ------------------------- |
| `FixedFee`         | The fee amount (required) |
| `TimeAndMaterials` | Must be `null`            |
| `NonBillable`      | Must be `null`            |

A missing `FeeType`, a missing or unexpected `FeeValue`, or `"FeeSettings": null` returns a `400`.

Fee settings managed by an engagement or an approved recurring invoice can't be changed through the API. The request returns a `422`, but any other properties in the same request are still applied.
